Apparently 7 out of 10 adults struggle with falling asleep and 3 out of 10 have insomnia, according to these sleep doctors. That must really suck and luckily it’s something I know nothing about, because I fall asleep so easily! No matter what kind of day I had, as soon as my head hits the pillow, I’m out like a light.
Since I am in no way an expert on trouble sleeping, I’m going to give you some sleeping tips anyways!
Have you tried just closing your eyes and falling asleep? It’s really easy, maybe you should try it!
Maybe, like turn the lights off and lie down? Usually people sleep in the dark and in a bed...even though I could fall asleep in the middle of the day in a cold metal folding chair, I snooze so well!
Like, just sleep already. This is starting to get old, maybe you just need to fall asleep.
