I recently came across a product on The Glowt website called SNK Oil. It said it has age-defying properties and a revolutionary formula that included something called cyclotetrasiloxane? Anyway, because I am a woman of a certain age, I decided I would give it a try.
To my shock and horror, after one use of this $400 oil my skin has started to look scaly and I feel like maybe something might be wrong internally, as well.
Because The Glowt has no customer service (which I think is rather odd), I decided to write to you. I would like a refund.

Though I am in fact not a customer service rep, I will help you out on this one.
No refund is needed. You simply must continue to place the oil on your skin nightly. In a few weeks' time you will transform into a totally new you. The scaliness you mentioned is just one part of that transformation. Give into it. Your fate is sealed.
