Trending: Why I Live My Life Vitamin-Free

In today’s world, there are a million and one things that go into your body that are bad for you. Do we really want to willingly add vitamins to that mix? Allegedly, these “research-backed” vitamins are good for you and help your body get on a healthier level, but aren’t our bodies already supposed to be doing that on their own?

My stomach may hurt all the time and my hair might be falling out, but I’m really loving this new lifestyle. Starting each morning with a refreshing cup of Mountain Dew really helps to open my eyes to all the benefits of added sugar and double sodium intake.

I have so much to be thankful for these days as I scarf down this party size bag of Doritos. And I’m so happy to teach my kids this new life change too! Try it, you won’t regret it!
