In today’s world, there are a million and one things that go into your body that are bad for you. Do we really want to willingly add vitamins to that mix? Allegedly, these “research-backed” vitamins are good for you and help your body get on a healthier level, but aren’t our bodies already supposed to be doing that on their own?
My friend Geenah told me about this new study they’re doing about living vitamin-free. I haven’t read the article about it yet, but I am so on board! Vitamins can be really expensive, and now I know they’re totally unnecessary too!
The hard part is finding foods that are vitamin-free. Eating fruit roll ups all the time has been nice, but it might be time to add a little variety. Tonight, I’m making a spam meatloaf with a jellybean salad and corn dog appetizers. And can’t forget the big bowl of marshmallow fluff for dessert!
My stomach may hurt all the time and my hair might be falling out, but I’m really loving this new lifestyle. Starting each morning with a refreshing cup of Mountain Dew really helps to open my eyes to all the benefits of added sugar and double sodium intake.
I have so much to be thankful for these days as I scarf down this party size bag of Doritos. And I’m so happy to teach my kids this new life change too! Try it, you won’t regret it!
